- Items received back within 15 days of original purchase date qualify for a refund. Please send your items back to us with a note including your order number and whether you'd like to make a return or exchange. If exchanging, please let us know the details of what the exchange will be.
- Items received back within 30 days of original purchase date qualify for store credit or exchange. Please send your items back to us with a note including your order number and the details of what the exchange will be.
- Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.
- The Ritual reserves the right to deny return/credit at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria.
- All grooming related products are final sale. This would include but not be limited to: Pomades, Beard/Mustache Care, Combs, Knives and Shaving related items.
- We are unable to accept returns past 30 calendar days of original order date.

- All orders over $75 will ship for free. Any orders under $75 will have standard shipping rates.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are required to pay for charges.
